Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions (and, where applicable, a return shipping label), explaining how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, if the item does not meet expectations, the size is incorrect, or you changed your mind), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact shipping cost depends on the carrier you choose.

If the return is due to our error (for example, if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide a suitable return label or reimburse the return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
