About the Role
The Customer Experience & Sales Support role focused on ensuring customers felt heard, supported, and confident when shopping with us online.
Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner

Assisting customers with sizing, fit, and product-related questions

Supporting customers before and after purchase, including order and delivery enquiries

Handling basic administrative tasks related to customer orders

Helping maintain a calm and consistent customer experience aligned with our brand values
What We Looked For

Experience in customer service or fashion retail (preferred)

Strong written communication skills in English

A patient, friendly, and service-minded attitude

Ability to work independently and stay organised

Comfort working remotely in an online environment
